Century Lake Apartment Homes

Recently, CCI Roofing completed the roofs at our community in Cincinnati, OH. There was a total of fifteen buildings and ten garage/carport buildings. CCI was a pleasure to work with. I would like to extend my thanks to you for the unbelieveable roofing job. It isn't everyday that I find a contractor that can handle a $650.000 contract and live up to everything as agreed. With 23 buildings and 132 owners to keep happy, your task was Herculean! Considering your people were on site for five months, having a run-in with only two residents was remarkable. That happens to me on a weekly basis. It was amazing that I did not get one phone call complaining.....only compliments from the Owners.

Your negotiating with my insurance company was really a godsend. I had no idea how to handle part of the deal.....good jobe getting us the additional $35,000! You were as much a consultant as you were a contractor and again., that is a rare qualification.

As on site foreman, Dan Marshall should be pround of the job he and his crew did. They were professional at all times and did an excellent job communicating with our Owners and myself. That really made my life easy.

Finally, but not least in importance, the billing and "releases of liens" were handled smoothly without any foul ups. Please extend my thanks for your office staff. You should be proud of your employees, they make CCI Roofing a first class organization.
